President and CEO – Kevin founded GES in 2008.  He is responsible for the management of client and sales relationships, developing diversification of GES’ capabilities, along with overseeing corporate controls and processes with the Management Team.Prior to founding GES, Kevin was a Division Manager at Dixie Mat responsible for business development in the Northeast and ROW Division Manager at Northern Tree Service responsible for the equipment scheduling and operations coordination for matting and environmental projects.Kevin has State of Maine Arborist Certification, ECM, Forestry/Vegetation CLP Maine Certification, and is a State of Maine Erosion Control Specialist.Kevin holds an Associate’s Degree from C.I.A., Hyde Park, New York

Executive Vice President – Greg has been with GES since its inception in 2008 and served as Vice President of Operations from 2008 to 2013 and currently serves as Executive Vice President.  He is responsible for day-to-day operations, including the direct supervision of project managers and superintendents; directs all bidding and proposals, ensuring conformance with QA/QC policies and serves as the Executive Safety Director.  Prior to Greg joining GES, he was the Regional Sales/Project Manager for Dixie Mat and Project Manager with Northern Tree Service.Greg maintains certifications as a State of Maine Arborist and ECM, Forestry/Vegetation CLP and holds a HAZWOPER/Confined Space Supervisor Certification.Greg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from Boston University.

Senior Director Utility Services & Administration – Bob joined GES in 2012 bringing over 30 years of experience and expertise with project management, operational guidance and leadership skills.   He is responsible for contract negotiations, strategy/development of systems and processes, personnel leadership and project management.Prior to joining GES, Bob owned and operated his own consulting business that focused on projects for utilities and independent power producers in the Northeast Region of the United States.  Previous experience includes 20 years with Seaward Corporation where he started as a Field Engineer and concluded as Executive Vice President responsible for cost control, estimating, field operations, planning, marketing, project management and safety.  Operating units of the company included electrical utility, hydroelectric, heavy construction and telecommunications.Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Associates of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.   Bob is a Dale Carnegie Course® Trainer.
  Joseph Irby
Vice President – Joe joined GES in 2015 to establish the southern transmission construction group.  He is the former chief operating officer of Irby Construction Company, a national leader in transmission line construction.  Under Joe’s leadership Irby Construction completed many of the most challenging transmission line projects in the United States in terms of size, scope, terrain and schedule from southern Florida to Alaska and from southern California to New England.  Joe was instrumental in acquiring major EPC contracts and in establishing a DOL/BAT approved linemen apprenticeship program.  Joe’s experience includes all levels of the transmission line construction business from groundman, foreman and project superintendent to overall manager of construction operations, chief operating officer and company director.  Joe holds a BS in Business Management from Mississippi State, a Masters in Education from ORU and conducted his graduate business studies at the University of Florida.

Chief Financial Officer – Pam joined the GES team in 2012 and has assisted in the development of long-term, strategic relationships with bonding, banking and insurance entities.  Pam is responsible for Finance, Administration and Information Technology and is a key liaison with the Company’s Board of Advisors.Prior to joining GES, Pam served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Optical Alchemy where she was responsible for all aspects of Finance and Administration.  Pam worked extensively with the Board of Directors and outside investors raising over $17MM in start-up capital for the company.  Prior to working at Optical Alchemy Pam was the principal owner of PLW Consulting which provided accounting, financial, IT and consulting services for public and private entities.  Other previous experience includes Vice President – Controller at Whistler Corporation and General Practice Manager for Coopers & Lybrand.Pam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Controller – Jake joined GES in 2009 as the Company’s controller where he is responsible for the daily accounting and finance operations and functions, monitoring and analyzing financial operating results, designing and implementing controls, as well as directly supervising the office and accounting staff.Prior to joining GES, Jake spent 10 years in public accounting with the firm BerryDunn, where he provided audit and tax compliance and consulting services to a wide range of corporate clients in the manufacturing, commercial and construction industries.Jake is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.Jake holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College.
